What you need Shaving FOAM
Shallow baking dish
Liquid watercolour paint (or watered-down food colouring)
Droppers
Stir stick such as a chopstick or the bottom of a paint brush
Paper or Card
A scraper such as a square piece of cardboard
Vegetable oil
Food colouring or liquid watercolours
paper or cardstock
Droppers (optional)
Dishes and utensils (pie pan or baking dish small cups or bowls forks spoons)
Instructions: Using shaving foam-
First spray a layer of shaving cream to cover the bottom of your baking
dish.
Then use a dropper to add drops of liquid watercolour paint on top of the
shaving cream. Next use a stick to swirl the paint around for a marbled effect.
Press a piece of paper or card into the paint covered shaving cream lift off.
Scrape off the shaving cream.
Using oil and water-
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a dish and add food colouring. Stir
vigorously with a fork so the big drops of colour are dispersed throughout the
oil as smaller droplets. Repeat with as many colours as you want to use. Pour
an inch of water give or take into a shallow pie pan or baking dish. Use a
dropper or spoon to transfer the oil + colour mixture to the dish of water. Use
one colour or many. Lay your paper on top of the water. Lay the newly marbled
paper flat to dry.
